OUR STORY
I was walking through a sea of cars at an auction event with my brother-in-law, when I spotted this gorgeous mustard yellow and white top Fj-40, sticking out amongst the crowd of cars. I instantly fell in love. We both gravitated to it and started to discuss how much I loved the classic look of Toyotas. After a minute of walking around the Land Cruiser, he says to me, “we still use these every day in Colombia!”. This is where the spark for my dream and current journey began! I set off to rescue these Toyota work horses from the fields and mountains of Colombia, bringing them here to the US restored to their former glory. At this point, my wife and I started to obsess with these beautiful machines and that’s when I understood how special these were to her as well. She began to tell me that she used to ride to school as a young girl in one of these exact Fj-45 Troopy’s. I smiled, closed my eyes, and started to imagine 10 plus kids jumping into one of these fighting for a seat. We are driven to keep these machines alive and moving for everyone to make amazing memories for generations to come!
